The Limited Warranty set forth below is given by Zoweer (Shenzhen) Opto-electronics Technology Co., Ltd. with respect to the lighting product packaged with this limited warranty (the “Product”). The Limited Warranty is extended to the original purchaser of the Product, manufactured by Zoweer (Shenzhen) Opto-electronics Technology Co., Ltd.

The Product, when delivered to you in new condition, in its original packaging, including all parts and components there of, is warranted against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of three (3)or five (5) years from the date of original purchase. 


1. Warranty Terms

A. ALl LED lighting products which from Zoweer are warranted for (3) or (5) years from the date of delivery.

B.The products should be used under normal condition or used as instructions recommended in the manual.

C.The products carry their own warranties and should be considered before returning any products. Zoweer will not accept returned items without prior notice.

D.During the warranty period, any defective products will be repaired or replaced by Zoweer free of charge.

E.Zoweer will return the products to the customer in working condition.


2. Return Policy

Zoweer will replace or repair defective products within 10 working days upon our approved inspection of the returned products. Zoweer will also be responsible for the shipping cost when returning the defective products from our factory to your office.


Zoweer will not be responsible for any costs or expenses caused by following conditions:

A. Product that has been modified by the user.

B. Product was not installed or maintained according to manual or specification accompanied.

C. Product was subject to unusual physical or electrical stress, misuse, or negligence.

D. Other damages caused after receipt of product by customer.


3. Return Procedure

To obtain approval of product return to Zoweer, customer needs to follow our return procedures below:

A. Email the detailed information to sales who you contact. It should include the “customer name and address”, “Invoice number”, “Defective products quantity and items”, “The testing report of defective products or Proof photos”.

B. Returned product will be inspected upon arrival at the factory.

C. Customer should return all defective products to Zoweer before they get the person’s agreement from Zoweer, unless instructed otherwise.


Returned product will be inspected upon arrival at the factory. Once product is determined to be defective, we will replace or repair the product within 10 working days.


Notice: Any return without authorization of Zoweer will not be accepted.

NOTE THAT THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS and YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS UNDER APPLICABLE LAW THAT WILL VERY FROM STATE TO STATE. EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT LIMITED BY ANY APPLICABLE LAW, THE FOREGOING WARRANTY PROVISIONS ARE EXCLUSIVE and ARE GIVEN and ACCEPTED IN LIEU OF ANY and ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
